HOW THIS ANIMAL IS WITH:

CATS: Good with other cats, and looking for a cat playmate who is open to roughhousing. Will not be considered as a single kitten.

DOGS: Maverick hasn't met any dogs but might be okay with proper introductions.

KIDS: Would likely be okay with respectful kids once he's had time to warm up.

KNOWN LIKES: Playtime, being brushed, pets, belly rubs.

KNOWN DISLIKES: We're still getting to know him.

ABOUT THIS ANIMAL:

Hi! My name's Maverick and I'm a 6 month old black and white tuxedo kitten looking for my

forever home. I love getting lots of attention and playtime- as long as I get to wrestle and chase, I'll be happy. I would do best with a young cat or kitten who has a compatible play style, as I often like to play roughly with other cats.

My siblings and I were found in a rural area and taken right to the vet. Thank goodness we were because one of my brothers and my sister had real bad eye infections that caused their eyes to rupture. It was really scary. I had an eye infection, too, so I can't see very well out of one eye. It doesn't bother me though. I can still get around and play and cuddle, the best things in life! I'm a little bit nervous of people at first, but if you give me some time, I'll warm up quickly. I have a really loud purr and once I'm comfortable I will nudge others out of the way so I can get all the pets! Sometimes I even like to stand on my back legs like a prairie dog.
