ABOUT THIS ANIMAL:
Chicky was rescued from one of our partner shelters located in a rural area. Since her arrival, she has shown remarkable improvement, learning to engage with other dogs and developing trust with her human caregivers. Although Chicky may initially appear somewhat shy, she warms up quicky.
Chicky enjoys running around outside with her doggie friends and playing with chew toys. Each evening, she snuggles with one of the foster’s daughter and then climbs in her bed to go to sleep for the night.
Chicky is affectionate, often giving gentle licks, and she loves to cuddle. Recently, she was introduced to a cat, and she responded calmly, merely sniffing before moving on. She prefers gentle interactions and is not fond of being approached aggressively by other dogs or cats, which is completely understandable.
Chicky would flourish in a home with another confident dog that can help her explore different canine activities. By inviting Chicky into your home, you will become part of a special group known as Chicky's Chums. Are you ready to join this unique community? Contact us today to learn more about Chicky!
