ADOPTION FEE: $475. This fee INCLUDES spay/neuter and microchip. **Ask me about our many adoption benefits that include free exams, pet insurance, training and other discounts!

ESTIMATE WEIGHT FULL GROWN: 50 lbs

KNOWN WITH DOGS: Gigi has been a WONDERFUL momma to her puppies. She also played with several dogs at the Adoption Center, though she may need some guidance from them on how to start the play. She is showing some leash reactivity but which may be related to the hormones that come with pregnancy and weaning. She may need continued work on leash and to practice good socialization.

KNOWN WITH CATS: Gigi has not yet met a cat so we do not know.

KNOWN WITH KIDS: Gigi is a sweetheart! She lived with young kids in her previous foster home, and has been introduced to kids as young as 3 years old and did great.

KNOWN CUES: Gigi has been so busy training her puppies that she has not had time to learn any tricks of her own, but she'd love a dedicated family to teach her some.

KNOWN HOUSEBREAKING &/OR CRATING: Gigi has been showing that she was housetrained in her foster home, but she may need practice with crate training as she was not crated when she was with her puppies.

KNOWN LIKES: Treats. Exercise. Mental and physical exercise. Treats. Treats. Treats.

ABOUT THIS ANIMAL:

Gigi was left at a rural shelter, pregnant, where she gave birth two days later to 13 puppies. She is a VERY sweet girl who is looking forward to the day she can go to her own home!!! She'd love a home with a yard and daily walks.

Gigi was spayed during her stay at Homeward Trails.
