Hazel is a one-year-old mixed breed dog who arrived at HT from a rural shelter, where she was discovered as a stray. She exhibits shyness and requires time to acclimate to new environments. An ideal adopter for Hazel would be someone patient and committed to helping her build confidence.
She interacts well with cats, dogs and children over 15 years of age, although her behavior. Hazel enjoys engaging in activities such as fetch, chase, and tug of war. She is familiar with commands like sit, shake, and high five. Additionally, she is crate-trained, leash-trained, and house-trained, and she has a fondness for dog treats.
