ABOUT THIS ANIMAL: So far we have observed this girl to be one of the happiest beagles you could imagine. She is living her best senior life in foster care on a large farm where she gets daily enrichment walks and has another dog companion to keep her company. Her foster reports she appears to be house trained and is overall a mellow lady.
ESTIMATE WEIGHT FULL GROWN: 40 lbs
KNOWN WITH DOGS: Currently living with a larger female dog in foster and doing great. Appears more indifferent but enjoys the companionship of another canine presence
KNOWN WITH CATS: Unknown
KNOWN WITH KIDS: She can sometimes be a little tense when initially meeting new people (mostly when they are petting or messing with her collar) We have no concerns about her ability to engage with children but always recommend adult supervision when being left with toddlers or infants.
KNOWN COMMANDS: Unknown. Still learning if she has selective hearing due to old age or just being a fun beagle.
KNOWN HOUSEBREAKING &/OR CRATING: Has picked up her new routine in her foster home really easily and is giving all good signs of being house trained.
KNOWN LIKES: Still learning but she never turns down a good roll in the sunny patches of grass or napping.
KNOWN DISLIKES: Still Learning.
